Bridgnorth is in the county of Shropshire which borders Wales and is adjacent to the counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. Bridgnorth is approximately 1½ hours from Manchester and 50 minutes from Birmingham.

By Rail
The nearest/most convenient main line station is Wolverhampton from where buses connect regularly with Bridgnorth. Telford can also be used if travelling from the north but the bus connections from Telford to Bridgnorth are not so regular. Shrewsbury station can be used by those travelling on the Arriva Trains line from Chester. The Severn Valley Steam Railway runs from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster which is also a main line station.
