Skimblescott Barn

Skimblescott Barn is a converted single storey brick built barn which was formerly a cow house. It faces south west and has lovely views of the Corve Dale and Brown Clee Hill.

Accommodation comprises of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, bathroom with bath and separate shower, a large lounge with exposed beams, French windows to garden, electric wood-burner, colour TV and video recorder. The Cow House

The Cow House adjoins Skimblescott Barn and is where the cows were milked 50 years ago. Cow ties have been preserved together with exposed beams and the fireplace is made of beams and bricks from other farm buildings.

Accommodation comprises: a large living/dining room, comfortably furnished, with exposed beams, French windows to the South facing patio and garden. TV, DVD player (with radio and CD player) and log effect electric fire. There are games and puzzles available for any spare moments. The kitchen also has exposed beams and lovely oak units with ceramic sink and natural slate floor. It is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave and electric cooker with ceramic hob.

The hallway leads to the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, tastefully tiled with a bath and separate shower cubicle. A single bed can be added to the bedroom on request to sleep a child or those requiring separate beds. Outside is a good sized enclosed lawned garden and patio, with garden furniture and BBQ.
